Physical Products (paperbacks, hardcovers, merchandise)

• You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Signed & Personalized Copies

• Signed and/or personalized books are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm details before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your copy.

• You may cancel your pre-order any time before the item has shipped for a full refund.

• Once your pre-ordered item has shipped, it is treated like a regular purchase and follows the same refund/exchange rules listed above.
